Beginner Iyengar YogaInstructor: Kim Peralta. Regular practice can greatly improve overall physical health, as well as create harmony of the body, mind and spirit. Iyengar Yoga takes into account individual levels of fitness, age and physical condition, and everyone from the out-of-shape and inflexible to athletes are encouraged to give this class a try. Poses are adapted to meet individual needs and beginner classes are safe for all ages and levels of fitness. No experience necessary. Registration for workshops can be done online or by phone.
