January is a perfect time for a dietary reset. Join us for this free informational session to learn about the popular program, The Whole 30. This is a 30 day program removing 5 of the most common food intolerant groups- sugar, alcohol, dairy, grains and legumes then reintroducing each group to see how you feel.
